Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear project scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Build and maintain project plans; track schedules, dependencies, resource needs and delivery progress.
- Coordinate developers, engineers, clients and external partners, keeping responsibilities and priorities clear.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers and escalate issues or scope changes with practical recommendations.
- Run project meetings, maintain documentation and provide concise status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor agreed budgets and resource allocation; flag deviations and support corrective action.
- Coordinate testing, client acceptance, deployment and handover, capturing lessons learned after delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience managing or coordinating software, IT, engineering or other technical projects.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through testing and release.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams, clarify requirements and manage competing priorities.
- Practical experience with project tracking and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Trello or equivalents.
