Provide technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account-access issues.
Assist users with password resets, software installation, and application support.
Set up and maintain approved computers, peripherals, and software.
Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Assist with employee onboarding and technology setup.
Support approved collaboration and productivity tools.
Follow IT security, privacy, and company technology policies.
Maintain a high level of customer service when assisting end users.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or technical support preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
