We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Owner / Operator to lead day-to-day operations at Spectrum Mobile Hair. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in salon management, client satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, flexible environments and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our special needs and elderly clients. Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and boost salon visibility Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels Coach and train employees on best practices in hair styling, coloring techniques, and other beauty treatments to support professional growth Upsell services to clients in a respectful and client-centered manner Demonstrate respect, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed Use critical thinking to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make sound decisions Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Adapt to diverse client needs with flexibility and a compassionate approach Proven experience in salon ownership, operations, or management Strong skills in employee training and staff management Demonstrated ability to develop and implement salon marketing strategies Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with a strong sense of personal responsibility Willingness to travel to client locations as required Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations Experience working with special needs or elderly populations is a plus This is a mobile role requiring travel to client locations throughout the Seattle area.
