Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and boost salon visibility
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coach and train employees on best practices in hair styling, coloring techniques, and other beauty treatments to support professional growth
  • Upsell services to clients in a respectful and client-centered manner
  • Demonstrate respect, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed
  • Use critical thinking to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make sound decisions
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adapt to diverse client needs with flexibility and a compassionate approach

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in salon ownership, operations, or management
  • Strong skills in employee training and staff management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement salon marketing strategies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Experience working with special needs or elderly populations is a plus
