Key Responsibilities

  • Handle objections and navigate B2B or business-owner sales conversations with confidence

  • Represent Labrador's value proposition — one platform, one bill, zero monthly software fees

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow-up cadences

Qualifications

  • Genuine motivation driven by income and self-directed achievement

  • Demonstrated field sales experience, ideally in B2B or business-owner-facing environments

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from cold approach to close

  • Baseline financial literacy and aptitude for learning and explaining a payments model

  • Strong communication skills — comfortable thinking on your feet and performing under mild pressure

  • Payments industry experience is a plus but not required
