HireWow, Inc. ("HireWow") operates an SMS text messaging program for job applicants who apply through a HireWow-powered careers page or apply link. When you affirmatively opt in, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to your application, including interview reminders, status updates (such as being shortlisted, scheduled for a next round, or receiving a decision), and direct responses from the hiring team at the company you applied to. HireWow does not use SMS for marketing or promotional messaging.
Consent to receive text messages is provided by checking an opt-in box labeled, “I agree to receive text messages from HireWow about my job application, including interview reminders and status updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help,” on the application form. Consent is not required as a condition of applying for any job or receiving any service, and opting out of SMS does not affect your application.
Messaging frequency varies based on your application activity. A typical applicant will receive two to five messages over the life of their application. You will never receive more than one automated reminder per day.
Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. HireWow does not charge a fee for participating in the SMS program.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any HireWow message. After you send one of these keywords, you will receive an unsubscribe confirmation message and will not receive additional messages from HireWow. To resubscribe, reply START or sign up again via the apply form.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and other major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
HireWow will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Bandwidth, Inc.) solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
