Our AI interview platform records and processes candidate interviews. This data is used solely to provide interview evaluations to the hiring company. We do not use individual interview recordings to train our AI models without explicit consent. Interview data is retained according to your account settings and applicable data retention laws.
Candidates are informed before their interview that they will be speaking with an AI interviewer and that the conversation will be recorded. Candidates may decline to participate at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, regular security audits, and secure development practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Interview recordings and transcripts are retained for the period specified in your account settings (default: 12 months). If you provide your phone number and affirmatively opt in on the apply form, HireWow may send you SMS text messages about your job application, including interview reminders, status updates, and responses from the hiring team. Message frequency varies by company and application status. Message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
We use Bandwidth, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number is shared with Bandwidth solely to deliver these messages; it is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any HireWow text message; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for contact information. To resubscribe, reply START. SMS opt-in is separate from email communications and general terms acceptance — opting out of SMS does not affect your application or other communications.
