Welcome to HireWow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HireWow platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by HireWow, Inc. ("HireWow," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that candidates are informed they will be interviewed by an AI system and that the interview will be recorded. You must obtain any legally required consent from candidates before initiating an AI interview. HireWow provides standard disclosure language, but you are responsible for compliance with all applicable employment and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including its design, features, AI models, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by HireWow and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, including job descriptions, interview questions, and company materials. You grant HireWow a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Interview recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated evaluations are created through the Service and are accessible by both you (the hiring company) and HireWow. You may use this data for legitimate hiring purposes. HireWow may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are subject to GDPR or similar regulations, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement upon request. Contact privacy@hirewow.ai for details.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
HIREWOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI EVALUATIONS ARE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THEY CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE OR COMPLIANCE GUIDANCE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING FINAL HIRING DECISIONS AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH EMPLOYMENT LAWS. AI INTERVIEW SCORES AND EVALUATIONS ARE TOOLS TO ASSIST HUMAN DECISION-MAKING, NOT REPLACEMENTS FOR IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREWOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HIREWOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireWow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
